Zen Teh and Wyn-Lyn Tan combined two distinct image making techniques to create twelve compositions on brass sheets, producing a visual idiom of contemporaneous spatial imaginings. Zen utilised photographic images as a starting point, transforming them through digital processes, painterly touches and surface distressing. This alters the mechanical relationship between the information captured by the camera and the image produced. Wyn-Lyn applied corrosives in bold strokes, setting o a serendipitous chemical process that slowly alters the brass surface.
